Our Top Places to Eat for Thanksgiving

Rafting in the Smokies is the Real Deal!

Thanksgiving is a time to come together with family and friends while indulging in delicious food. While it’s safe to say most of us love devouring this meal, not everyone is thrilled about hosting a gathering or doing all the cooking. We put together a list of some of our favorite restaurants that will be open on Thanksgiving day, serving up dinners that are sure to hit the spot!

Here are our top choices to try this year.

Gatlinburg

Thanksgiving at Anakeesta

Cliff Top Grill and Bar at Anakeesta

Take in the magnificent mountaintop view at Anakeesta as you celebrate Thanksgiving this year. The new Cliff Top Restaurant and the Smokehouse are offering classic homestyle favorites. Cliff Top is serving a Thanksgiving plate starting at $18.99, and pumpkin cheesecake is available for an additional $6.00. If you’re in the mood for something a little less traditional, regular menu items will also be available.

If you enjoy a little of everything, then you’ll want to dine at the Smokehouse. They are preparing a special Thanksgiving buffet with all the trimmings. Pricing is just $21.99 for adults, $14.99 for kids (ages 8–11), and children seven and under eat free. If you’re looking for the best bang for your buck, it’s hard to beat the Smokehouse.

Both restaurants will be open on November 26th, from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

The Thanksgiving “feast to go” includes a 12lb. Turkey with all the familiar side dishes. You must pre-order your meal by Friday, November 20th, 2020.
