Thanksgiving in Gatlinburg – Gatlinburg Thanksgiving Things to Do

Rafting in the Smokies is the Real Deal!

If you have plans to visit Gatlinburg this Thanksgiving Holiday, you are in for a real treat.  Rafting in the Smokies is the only company still offering adventures on the Pigeon River the two days prior and two days following Thanksgiving in 2011.  We’ll have splash and wet suites available too so that you can comfortably fit in one last trip this season.

Haven’t reserved your cabin yet?  Check out the secluded, 1-4 bedroom Wildwood Mountain cabin rentals located in Cosby, just 20 minutes from Gatlinburg.  There is plenty room for the entire family with cabins that sleep 2-12 people and offer a fully-equipped kitchen for cooking up your own turkey dinner.  Availability is limited!

We’re sure that good food and a traditional Thanksgiving dinner are on your vacation agenda, so if you prefer to let someone else do the cooking, we invite you to visit these local restaurants that will be hosting holiday meals and/or their regular menus:
