Virtual Tours In Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge

Rafting in the Smokies is the Real Deal!

You can experience many awesome local attractions by taking a virtual tour! We’ve highlighted some of our favorite ones in the list below.

1. Titanic Museum

The Titanic Museum, located in Pigeon Forge, is showing a four-part virtual tour. If you’ve ever wanted to see the museum, but have been unable to make it to Pigeon Forge, you can now tour it online! Have you visited the museum in the past? Taking the virtual tour is a great way to look for things you might have missed the first time around.

The museum is also holding live storytime Monday through Thursday at noon EST. First Class Maid Jodi will be telling stories about some of the passengers from the Titanic. On Fridays, at noon, she will do a live Titanic book reading. Be sure to set a reminder and tune-in!

2. Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies

Ripley’s aquarium has exciting live streaming shows daily where you can watch employees feed the animals, conduct educational lessons, and even tell a story or two. Showtimes vary, so check their website for the updated schedule. If you happen to miss any of the live shows, you can always watch the penguin cam 24/7! Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies also has links to their location in Canada where you can watch sharks swimming, jellyfish floating and, rays relaxing.

3. Gatlinburg SkyLift Park

The Gatlinburg Skylift Park is an incredible attraction. If you get the opportunity to visit Gatlinburg, it should be at the top of your list of places to visit! Although it is currently closed, you can still experience the park by watching the hour-long video tour. This beautifully shot footage takes you on a complete tour of the Gatlinburg Skylift Park. You’ll see gorgeous views of the Smoky Mountains as well as its cornerstone structure, the SkyBridge. This pedestrian suspension bridge is almost as impressive in the video as it is in person. Take advantage of this virtual tour and view some of the most scenic areas in the Smoky Mountains.

4. Rocky Top Mountain Coaster

We’ve given you some virtual tours to watch, but now it’s time for a ride! There is no age restriction, minimum height requirement, or occupant limit on this roller coaster. Grab the entire family and get ready to have some fun as you turn your living room into an amusement park! The video only captures a portion of the nine-minute ride, but there are plenty of ups and downs to keep you entertained and glued to your seat. The best part? You can ride it again and again and there is no waiting in line!

As we wait for these attractions to re-open, you can still have plenty of fun exploring their online entertainment. Hopefully, taking some of these virtual tours will get you excited to come and visit Gatlinburg in the near future!
