There’s a world of adventure for you in the Smokies and this October is jammed full of them.  Not only can you still enjoy a Pigeon River rafting experience, but also all of Sevier County is on board with celebrating the harvest season with beautiful fall displays, traditional arts and crafts, festivals, and celebrations galore!

Our October 2022 Special Events Lineup Includes:

1-31:
Smoky Mountain Harvest Festival throughout the local area. Enjoy fall displays and decorations at businesses in Sevierville, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge!

1-30:
Oktoberfest at Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort in Gatlinburg.  This is an annual celebration of Bavarian culture with great food, entertainment, and shopping.

1-29:
Dollywood Harvest Festival in Pigeon Forge.  Dollywood offers free concerts, traditional southern cookin’, and crafts throughout the entire park for the whole month.

7, 14, 21, 28:
Sevierville Farmer’s Market
, from 7am-12pm. Come browse an impressive display of local products, and take home a piece of the Smokies for yourself!

14-15:
Smoky Mountain Rubberstamp & Scrapbook Show
at the Sevierville Convention Center. Browse products, enjoy take-home projects, and win door prizes!

14-16:
Wears Valley Fall Festival in Sevierville, hosts 3 days of family fun. Get ready to enjoy crafts, pumpkins, live music, and delicious Southern food.

21:
Rodney Atkins in Concert at the Country Tonite Theatre! See him perform at 8pm by booking your tickets here.

22:
6th Annual Jeeptoberfest in the Smokies at Quaker Steak and Lube.  Admission is free, or register your own Jeep to be judged for just $20. Admire the assembled Jeeps, enter the raffle, and enjoy delicious food from Quaker Steak and Lube and TGI Friday’s.

31:
Sheriff’s Halloween Spooktacular 
takes place in Historic Downtown Sevierville. From 5pm-9pm, enjoy trick-or-treating and an exciting block party that’s free for kids and adults alike.
